Historical background and importance of Hajj management
The Hajj season is a pivotal religious event in the Islamic world, with millions of Muslims from all corners of the globe converging on Mecca to perform the fifth pillar of Islam. As the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia bears a tremendous historical responsibility in organizing this massive gathering. Over the decades, the Kingdom has developed a vast infrastructure and logistical system to ensure the safety and comfort of pilgrims. The success of the annual Hajj plans is the culmination of integrated efforts across various governmental, security, and service sectors, reflecting the Kingdom's unwavering commitment to providing the best possible services to the guests of God, in line with the goals of Vision 2030, which aims to enhance the Hajj and Umrah experience.
Details of the operational plan and its initiatives

These initiatives were integrated to reflect the moderate message of the Two Holy Mosques and enhanced access to religious and guidance services for pilgrims in multiple languages, using modern and innovative digital methods, thus ensuring the widest possible reach of the tolerant religious message.
Numbers and statistics reflect the scale of the success
In numerical terms, the total number of beneficiaries of the Presidency's services and initiatives throughout the Hajj season exceeded 6.8 million, while digital and on-site engagement surpassed 46.8 million views. This widespread reach reflects the significant impact of the religious and enriching message of the Two Holy Mosques and its accessibility to diverse segments of the population both within and outside the Kingdom. The Presidency also provided over 683,000 direct guidance and counseling services to pilgrims, answered more than 95,000 religious inquiries, and over 32,000 pilgrims benefited from simultaneous translation services.
Regional and international impact of a successful Hajj season
The success of the Hajj season extends beyond the local level, impacting the Arab and Islamic worlds and the international community. It reinforces the Kingdom's position as a leader of the Islamic world and highlights its exceptional ability to manage the world's largest gatherings of people. The successful organization of the pilgrimage also sends a message of stability and security from the region and reflects the Kingdom's civilized image in serving humanity. Through digital platforms and multilingual translation, the Kingdom contributes to spreading the values of moderate Islam, tolerance, and peace to the entire world, and counters extremist and hateful rhetoric.
