Over the decades, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has accumulated tremendous experience in managing these millions of pilgrims, transforming this massive logistical challenge into a recurring success story. The Kingdom continuously invests in developing the infrastructure of the Holy Sites through mega-projects such as the expansion of the Two Holy Mosques, the Al-Mashaaer Metro, and the Jamarat Bridge, in addition to employing the latest smart technologies to ensure smooth movement and provide the highest quality services to the pilgrims.

Mission officials expressed their deep appreciation for the fruitful cooperation they received from all entities involved in the Hajj system, especially the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah. In this context, His Excellency the Pakistani Minister of Religious Affairs, Sheikh Sardar Muhammad Yousaf, commended the comprehensive services provided to Pakistani pilgrims, emphasizing that these services contributed to their performing the rituals with ease and peace of mind. For his part, the head of the Palestinian Hajj and Umrah Committee, Professor Issam Abdul-Halim, praised the tremendous efforts exerted by the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to facilitate the pilgrims' journey, and he commended the services provided by the service providers, which positively impacted the comfort of Palestinian pilgrims.
