In her speech during the ceremony, Professor Khairia Mohammed Noor Rahimi, President of the Al-Faisaliah Association and Chair of the Award’s Organizing Committee, explained that “Ta’zeez” is not just a passing celebration, but rather an extension of a well-established approach aimed at making volunteering a fundamental pillar of sustainable development and one of the main enablers of national transformation, pointing to the pivotal role of volunteers in building a cohesive society.

Out of 163 initiatives submitted, 35 qualified for the final stages, and 21 outstanding initiatives were selected. Ultimately, 12 winners were crowned, representing the elite of volunteer work in diverse fields including social empowerment, development, and support for vulnerable groups.
