The training programs implemented over the past two years covered highly in-demand specializations, including advanced technologies, occupational health and safety, and information technology.

The context of digital transformation and Vision 2030

This step gains significance from the broader context of Saudi Arabia, where the Human Capital Development Program is a key component of Vision 2030, aiming to empower citizens to compete globally. Focusing on fields like artificial intelligence and cybersecurity is not a luxury, but a pressing necessity given the Kingdom's massive digital transformation. This transformation demands a robust human infrastructure capable of protecting national data and driving local technological innovation, rather than relying entirely on foreign expertise.

Economic and strategic impact

Economically, injecting these skilled individuals helps bridge the gap between educational outputs and the rapidly evolving needs of the labor market, thereby strengthening the stability of the national economy and increasing employment rates in high-value-added jobs. Strategically, equipping young Saudis with these technologies enhances the Kingdom's digital national security and solidifies its position as a leading regional technology hub in the Middle East and North Africa.

Supporting leadership and sustainable development

In this context, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Association, Khalid Al-Obaid, affirmed that these achievements are a result of the unlimited support of His Royal Highness the Prince of the Eastern Province and His Royal Highness the Deputy Prince, which enabled the Association to build a professional system for developing talent. Al-Obaid pointed out that the Association's strategy focuses on sustainable investment in human capital, in line with the directives of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development aimed at localizing specialized professions and leading vital sectors with Saudi talent.
