Women told Al-Youm: Empowering women in the era of the Crown Prince has moved Saudi women to positions of leadership and influence

In their interviews with Al-Youm newspaper, Saudi women affirm that the support they have received in recent years has contributed to opening up vast horizons for them to excel and lead, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, which has placed women's empowerment among its development priorities.

Najla Jan, the first Saudi woman to win a government award in the field of tourism content, said that Saudi women have transcended traditional roles to become leaders and innovators in various sectors, from media and economics to technology, space, sports and entrepreneurship.

She explained that the growing success stories of Saudi women in leadership and innovation positions confirm that this transformation was not merely a series of decisions, but rather a comprehensive development path that opens new horizons for future generations.
She indicated that the significant support Saudi women receive has been the most important driving force behind their journey in the tourism content industry, adding that receiving an official award in this field is an achievement she cherishes and sees as a fruit of the empowering environment created by the leadership, particularly the support provided by His Royal Highness the Crown Prince to open wider horizons for Saudi women to compete and achieve an influential presence both locally and globally.

For her part, Razan Wahbi, a specialist in tourism media, affirmed that women's empowerment in the Kingdom is deeply rooted in the history of the Saudi state. She recalled the founder, Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman Al Saud, who proudly adopted the title "Brother of Noura" in honor of his sister, Noura bint Abdulrahman Al Saud, whom he trusted and advised. He entrusted her with receiving high-level women's delegations, making her one of the first women to represent the state at official events.
Wahbi stated that this historical legacy is being strongly renewed today under the Crown Prince, who has moved women's empowerment from a stage of support to one of competence and genuine empowerment. She emphasized that the transformations the Kingdom is undergoing place a significant responsibility on national talents in various fields, including media and communication, to keep pace with this rapid stage of development.

For her part, media personality and journalist Ruqaya Abduljabbar affirmed that the anniversary of the Crown Prince's pledge of allegiance represents a significant milestone in the journey of Saudi women, pointing out that what has been achieved in recent years can be described as a "developmental revolution" that has placed women at the heart of the development process and decision-making.
