وقال وزير الخارجية الأوكراني أندري سيبيغا، على منصة «إكس»: نحث الجميع على تجنبه، مضيفًا: «تتجاهل روسيا عمدًا التهديدات القائمة الناجمة عن عدوانها على أوكرانيا، وهو ما أدى بالفعل إلى وقوع حوادث عدة خلال السنوات الماضية».
