وأظهرت صور من مدينة “لوسبيتاليت دي يوبريجات” القريبة من برشلونة شوارع غمرتها المياه، وأشخاصًا يقفون وسط مياه تصل إلى مستوى الركبة.
وشملت معظم الحوادث أقبية غارقة ومبان أخرى إضافة إلى أشجار ساقطة، كما اضطرت أطقم فرق الإطفاء لإنقاذ سائقين محاصرين في مركباتهم.
