وأكدت وزارة الخارجية الكويتية في بيان -وفقًا لما نشرته وكالة الأنباء الكويتية- رفض الكويت القاطع لتكرار ما وصفته بالاعتداءات العدائية التي تستهدف الأعيان المدنية، مشددة على أن هذه الهجمات تمثل انتهاكًا لسيادة المملكة وخرقًا للقانون الدولي والقانون الدولي الإنساني.

وجددت الوزارة تضامن دولة الكويت الكامل مع المملكة، ووقوفها إلى جانبها ودعمها في جميع الإجراءات التي تتخذها لحماية سيادتها وأمنها ومواطنيها والمقيمين على أراضيها، مشددة على أن أمن المملكة العربية السعودية يمثل جزءًا لا يتجزأ من أمن دولة الكويت وأمن دول مجلس التعاون لدول الخليج العربية.
