ولم ترد أنباء فورية عن سقوط ضحايا أو وقوع أضرار مادية جراء الزلزال. وقد سبق هذا الزلزال، زلزال آخر بقوة 4.9 درجات في نفس المنطقة قبل نحو ساعتين.
