نوه نجم منتخب مصر والزمالك السابق أحمد حسام ميدو، بقدرات الدولي المصري عمر مرموش، بعد اقتراب انتقاله إلى صفوف توتنهام هوتسبير خلال فترة الانتقالات الصيفية الجارية.
إضافة قوية
وقال ميدو في تصريحات لموقع «TalkSport» الشهير: «إن توتنهام نجح في الحصول على لاعب مميز». وأشاد بعقلية مرموش الاحترافية وقدراته الهجومية.
وأضاف: «توتنهام حصل على لاعب رائع، ومرموش مهاجم مميز ويمتلك عقلية احترافية».
وتحدث ميدو عن معرفته المبكرة بقدرات مرموش، قائلًا: «أنا منحت مرموش فرصة اللعب مع وادي دجلة وهو عنده 16 سنة فقط، وكنت واثقًا من إمكاناته وتوقعت له مستقبلًا مميزًا».
وأوضح نجم الزمالك السابق أن مرموش سيكون إضافة قوية لتوتنهام، خاصة في ظل امتلاكه القدرة على اللعب في أكثر من مركز هجومي.
خيارات هجومية
وتابع: «توتنهام يحتاج لاعبًا بجودة مرموش، وسيمنح دي زيربي خيارات هجومية متعددة. وأرى أن انتقاله لمانشستر سيتي لم يكن خطوة موفقة».
وأشار ميدو إلى أن مركز الجناح الأيسر هو الأنسب لمرموش في الدوري الإنجليزي الممتاز، مع قدرته على اللعب أيضًا كمهاجم صريح.
واختتم تصريحاته برسالة إلى جماهير توتنهام، قائلًا: «لديكم لاعب محترف ومهاجم قناص، وسيضيف قوة كبيرة لشخصية وعقلية الفريق».
وتأتي تصريحات ميدو في ظل ترقب الإعلان الرسمي عن انتقال مرموش إلى توتنهام، في خطوة يسعى من خلالها اللاعب المصري إلى استعادة توهجه والحصول على فرصة أكبر للمشاركة في الدوري الإنجليزي الممتاز.
Former Egypt and Zamalek star Ahmed Hossam Mido praised the abilities of Egyptian international Omar Marmoush, as he is close to transferring to Tottenham Hotspur during the ongoing summer transfer window.
Strong Addition
Mido stated in comments to the famous website “TalkSport”: “Tottenham has succeeded in acquiring a distinguished player.” He praised Marmoush’s professional mentality and offensive capabilities.
He added: “Tottenham has acquired a wonderful player, and Marmoush is a distinguished striker with a professional mindset.”
Mido spoke about his early recognition of Marmoush’s abilities, saying: “I gave Marmoush the opportunity to play with Wadi Degla when he was only 16 years old, and I was confident in his potential and expected him to have a distinguished future.”
The former Zamalek star clarified that Marmoush will be a strong addition to Tottenham, especially since he has the ability to play in multiple attacking positions.
Attacking Options
He continued: “Tottenham needs a player of Marmoush’s quality, and he will provide De Zerbi with multiple attacking options. I believe that his transfer to Manchester City was not a successful step.”
Mido pointed out that the left-wing position is the most suitable for Marmoush in the Premier League, while he also has the ability to play as a central striker.
He concluded his remarks with a message to Tottenham fans, saying: “You have a professional player and a sharp striker, who will add great strength to the team’s character and mentality.”
