توفي شخص وأصيب آخرون في الحادث الذي تعرضت له حافلة فريق «بيونورد برو» لكرة السلة من مدينة بيرم الروسية في مقاطعة تشيليابينسك جنوب البلاد، إذ كان الفريق عائدا من بطولة روسيا لكرة السلة 3×3 التي أقيمت في مدينة ماغنيتوغورسك، عندما اصطدمت الحافلة الصغيرة من طراز «مرسيدس بنز» بشاحنة «غازيل» بعد أن انحرفت إلى المسار المقابل في منطقة يمنع فيها التجاوز، وفقا للبيانات الأولية.
وقال حاكم إقليم بيرم، دميتري ماخونين، إن سائق الحافلة توفي في موقع الحادث، بينما خضع أحد مرافقي الفريق لعملية جراحية في مستشفى زلاتاوست، في حين تلقى بقية اللاعبين المصابين إسعافات وعلاجا بعد تعرضهم لكدمات وإصابات طفيفة، وفق التقرير الذي بثه موقع الـ«RT».
وأوضحت السلطات أن الحادث وقع نحو الساعة الرابعة فجرا، وسط ترجيحات بأن السائق غلبه النعاس أثناء القيادة، ما أدى إلى فقدانه السيطرة على المركبة ودخولها إلى الاتجاه المعاكس قبل الاصطدام بالشاحنة.
وبحسب السلطات المحلية، تم نقل المصابين إلى المستشفى لتلقي الرعاية الطبية، قبل أن يغادر اللاعبون لاحقا إلى أحد الفنادق، على أن يعودوا إلى مدينة بيرم بالقطار بعد استقرار حالتهم الصحية.
وأكد نادي بارما بيرم، الذي يضم فريق «بيونورد برو» ضمن هيكله الرياضي، أن أربعة لاعبين تعرضوا لإصابات، وهم ستانيسلاف شاروف، ألكسندر زوييف، إيغور بوريك، وإيليا بوغدانوف.

Authorities clarified that the accident occurred around four in the morning, with indications that the driver may have dozed off while driving, leading to a loss of control over the vehicle and its entry into the opposite direction before colliding with the truck.
According to local authorities, the injured were transported to the hospital for medical care, after which the players later left for a hotel, with plans to return to the city of Perm by train once their health conditions stabilized.
The Parma Perm Club, which includes the “Pyonord Pro” team within its sports structure, confirmed that four players were injured: Stanislav Sharov, Alexander Zuyev, Igor Burik, and Ilya Bogdanov.
