وتراجعت قوة العاصفة بعد وصولها إلى اليابسة جنوب محافظة إيباراكي، قبل أن تتجه غربًا نحو الساحل الشمالي الأوسط للبلاد، مصحوبة برياح بلغت سرعتها 64 كيلومترًا في الساعة.

وتأتي العاصفة بعد أيام من إعصار “دولفين” الذي تسبب في اضطرابات واسعة في جنوب اليابان، قبل أن يتراجع إلى عاصفة.
