وصلت بعثة الفريق الأول لكرة القدم بالنادي الأهلي إلى جنوب أفريقيا، استعداداً للمواجهة المرتقبة أمام ماميلودي صن داونز، مساء السبت القادم، في نهائي كأس المحيط الهادئ للقارات.
وسيشرع الأهلاويون في تحضيراتهم الميدانية فور وصولهم، إذ وضع المدرب الهولندي مارينو بوسيتش برنامجاً فنياً يقتصر على حصتين تدريبيتين قبل النهائي، يركز خلالهما على الجوانب التكتيكية وتصحيح الأخطاء، قبل اعتماد التشكيلة التي سيخوض بها المواجهة.
وكانت بعثة الأهلي غادرت صباح اليوم إلى جنوب أفريقيا، وسط معنويات مرتفعة ورغبة في العودة إلى جدة بلقب قاري جديد، فيما خلت قائمة الفريق من الغامبي أبوبكر سيدي، بعد عدم اكتمال جاهزيته للمشاركة.
ويطمح الأهلي إلى مواصلة حضوره القاري وحسم المواجهة أمام صن داونز على أرضه وبين جماهيره، وإضافة بطولة جديدة إلى خزائنه.
The first team football delegation of Al-Ahli Club has arrived in South Africa, in preparation for the anticipated match against Mamelodi Sundowns next Saturday evening, in the final of the Pacific Ocean Cup for continents.
The Al-Ahli team will begin their field preparations immediately upon arrival, as Dutch coach Marino Pusic has set a training program consisting of two training sessions before the final, focusing on tactical aspects and correcting mistakes, before finalizing the lineup for the match.
The Al-Ahli delegation departed this morning to South Africa, with high spirits and a desire to return to Jeddah with a new continental title, while the team’s list was devoid of Gambian Abubakar Sidi, after he was not fully fit to participate.
Al-Ahli aims to continue its continental presence and secure the match against Sundowns on their home ground and among their fans, adding a new trophy to its collection.
