وأظهرت البيانات ارتفاع مؤشر مديري المشتريات إلى 53.8 نقطة في أغسطس، مقابل 53.1 نقطة في يوليو، بما يعكس استمرار توسع نشاط القطاع الخاص غير النفطي.
أقوى زيادة للإنتاج منذ بداية 2026
وسجل حجم الإنتاج خلال أغسطس أقوى وتيرة زيادة منذ بداية العام 2026، ليصل إلى أعلى مستوى له خلال 6 أشهر، في مؤشر على تحسن النشاط التشغيلي للشركات وقدرتها على مواكبة نمو الطلب.
الطلبات الجديدة تتوسع للشهر الخامس
وحافظت الطلبات الجديدة على مسارها الصاعد، إذ سجلت توسعاً خلال أغسطس للشهر الخامس على التوالي، ما عزز زخم النشاط التجاري ودعم مستويات الإنتاج.
ثقة الشركات عند أعلى مستوى في 7 أشهر
وامتدت المؤشرات الإيجابية إلى توقعات الشركات، إذ ارتفعت ثقة شركات القطاع الخاص بشأن النشاط خلال العام القادم إلى أعلى مستوى في 7 أشهر، في ظل توقعات باستمرار تحسن ظروف الأعمال والطلب.
ويؤكد الأداء المسجل في أغسطس استمرار قوة النشاط الاقتصادي غير النفطي، مع بقاء مؤشر مديري المشتريات فوق مستوى 50 نقطة الفاصل بين النمو والانكماش.
The Saudi non-oil private sector continued its strong performance in August, recording an acceleration in the pace of growth, driven by increased production and a rise in new orders, amid a noticeable improvement in business confidence regarding activity in the coming period.
The data showed that the Purchasing Managers’ Index rose to 53.8 points in August, compared to 53.1 points in July, reflecting the continued expansion of the non-oil private sector’s activity.
Strongest production increase since the beginning of 2026
The volume of production in August recorded the strongest rate of increase since the beginning of 2026, reaching its highest level in 6 months, indicating an improvement in the operational activity of companies and their ability to keep up with demand growth.
New orders expand for the fifth month
New orders maintained their upward trajectory, recording expansion in August for the fifth consecutive month, which enhanced the momentum of business activity and supported production levels.
Business confidence at its highest level in 7 months
The positive indicators extended to companies’ expectations, as private sector companies’ confidence regarding activity in the coming year rose to its highest level in 7 months, amid expectations of continued improvement in business conditions and demand.
The performance recorded in August confirms the ongoing strength of non-oil economic activity, with the Purchasing Managers’ Index remaining above the 50-point threshold that separates growth from contraction.
