ويأتي إطلاق الرقم الموحد في إطار حرص النيابة العامة على تطوير خدماتها وتعزيز قنوات التواصل مع المستفيدين، بما يسهم في تسهيل حصولهم على الخدمات والإجابة عن استفساراتهم، وتيسير الخدمة دون الحاجة إلى مراجعة النيابة العامة.
كما يتيح الرقم الموحد تقديم الخدمة للمستفيدين باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية، بما يعزز جودة التواصل ويرتقي بتجربة المستفيد، ويواكب جهود النيابة العامة في تطوير خدماتها وتحسين كفاءتها.
