وجاء هذا الرقم بناء على الاستطلاع السنوي الذي يجريه الاتحاد الألماني للموظفين الحكوميين بين نقاباته الأعضاء البالغ عددها 41 نقابة، وذلك بحسب ما نشر موقع «العربية. نت».
ووفقاً للاتحاد، تبرز الحاجة إلى موظفين إضافيين بشكل خاص في مجال رعاية المرضى وكبار السن 125.2 ألف وظيفة، وفي المدارس 120 ألف وظيفة، وفي إدارات البلديات 112 ألف وظيفة، ويطالب الاتحاد بتوفير 92 ألف موظف إضافي للشرطة الاتحادية والجيش.
سبب الحاجة
وكان الاتحاد الألماني للموظفين الحكوميين قد قدر العام الماضي عدد العجز في القوة العاملة بالخدمة العامة بنحو 600 ألف موظف. وقال رئيس الاتحاد فولكر جاير: «إن الحاجة الإضافية إلى الموظفين ترجع، من بين أمور أخرى، إلى عدم شغل جميع الوظائف مجدداً بعد إحالة موظفين إلى التقاعد». وأضاف: «من ينظر أيضاً، على سبيل المثال، إلى الوضع الأمني المتغير، ينبغي أن يفهم فوراً سبب حاجتنا إلى مزيد من أفراد الشرطة، فمراقبة مناطق حظر الأسلحة الجديدة، على سبيل المثال، تتطلب أعداداً كبيرة من الموظفين».
The German Union of Public Employees clarified that the state is currently facing a shortage of public sector staff in government agencies amounting to 631,000 employees. Additional Employees
This figure was based on the annual survey conducted by the German Union of Public Employees among its 41 member unions, as reported by the website “Al Arabiya.net”.
According to the union, the need for additional employees is particularly evident in patient and elderly care with 125,200 positions, in schools with 120,000 positions, and in municipal administrations with 112,000 positions. The union is calling for the provision of 92,000 additional employees for the federal police and military.
Reason for the Need
Last year, the German Union of Public Employees estimated the workforce shortage in public service at around 600,000 employees. The union’s president, Volker Geier, stated: “The additional need for employees is due, among other things, to not filling all positions again after employees retired.” He added: “Anyone who also looks at, for example, the changing security situation should immediately understand why we need more police officers; monitoring new weapons ban areas, for example, requires large numbers of staff.”
