ووجهت المنظمة تحذيرًا جديدًا موضحة أن “إل نينيو استقرت بشكل ثابت وستزداد شدة خلال الاشهر المقبلة، مع انعكاسات كبيرة على أنماط هطول الأمطار ودرجات الحرارة، وما يرافق ذلك من مخاطر وقوع فيضانات وموجات جفاف وحرارة قصوى“.
