وأشار إلى مقتل طفلًا في الهجمات الأخيرة وتضرر مجمّع مستشفى الأقصى في دير البلح.

أغراض عسكرية

وأكّد على ضرورة حماية المدنيين والمنشآت المدنية، بما فيها المستشفيات، وعدم استهدافها أو استخدامها لأغراض عسكرية.
وفي الضفة الغربية، أفادت الأمم المتحدة باستمرار أعمال العنف المرتبطة بالمستوطنين، وتسجيل حوادث بمناطق عدة، مما أدى إلى وقوع إصابات وأضرار في الممتلكات.
