وأفادت وكالة الدفاع المدني أن هذه الحرائق تسبب بها الجفاف المستمر.
وأشارت إلى أن درجات الحرارة في وسط أثينا بلغت 40 درجة مئوية.
ويتوقع أن تستمر موجة الحر الحالية حتى بداية الأسبوع المقبل.
