وأفادت وزارة الدفاع الروسية عبر «تلغرام» بأن «القوات المسلحة الروسية باشرت الإعداد لضربات مكثفة على منشآت قطاع الطاقة في أوكرانيا، ردًا على الهجمات المتواصلة لنظام كييف على البنية التحتية المدنية وقطاع النفط والطاقة الروسي».
