وقال زيلينسكي في منشور على منصة إكس، “شنّت مسيّرتان روسيّتان هجوما مروّعا على سفينة مدنية كانت تحمل شحنة ذرة في مياه محايدة”، مضيفا أنّ مواطنين أذربيجانيين وهنودا كانوا على متنها.
