وتم تحديد السعر الاسترشادي لصكوك بحجم قياسي لأجل خمس سنوات عند 100 نقطة أساس فوق سندات الخزانة الأمريكية، والسعر الاسترشادي المبدئي لشريحة لأجل 10 سنوات عند 110 نقاط أساس فوق سندات الخزانة الأمريكية.
وذكرت خدمة (آي.إف.آر) أنه تم اختيار منسقين عالميين ومديري دفاتر مشتركين للطرح الذين اختارتهم المملكة؛ ليكونوا مديرين رئيسيين مشتركين خاملين للطرح.
وسيتم تخصيص عائدات بيع الصكوك، والتي من المتوقع تحديد سعرها النهائي في وقت لاحق من اليوم، لتمويل الاحتياجات العامة للميزانية المحلية.
The fixed income tool service “IFR” reported today that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has begun marketing two benchmark tranches of dollar sukuk and has set an initial pricing for both tranches, with the final pricing expected to be issued today. Subscription requests for Saudi sukuk for 5 and 10 years have exceeded $9 billion according to “IFR”.
The indicative price for a benchmark sukuk with a five-year term has been set at 100 basis points above U.S. Treasury bonds, while the initial indicative price for the 10-year tranche is set at 110 basis points above U.S. Treasury bonds.
IFR mentioned that global coordinators and joint bookrunners selected by the Kingdom have been appointed as joint lead managers for the offering.
The proceeds from the sukuk sale, which is expected to have its final price determined later today, will be allocated to finance the general needs of the local budget.
