وارتفع عدد الشركات المغلقة بنحو 10% مقارنة بعام 2024، وكانت آخر مرة سجلت فيها ألمانيا عدداً أكبر من حالات إغلاق الشركات في عام 2007، عندما بلغ العدد نحو 208 آلاف شركة، وشهد العام الماضي ثاني زيادة متتالية في عدد حالات الإغلاق. وقال رئيس قسم البحوث الاقتصادية في «المركز» باتريك-لودفيش هانتسش: «ديناميكية الأزمة تنتشر الآن في جميع قطاعات الاقتصاد.. وعلى خلاف السنوات السابقة، تتوقف الآن أيضاً عن العمل شركات كانت تتمتع بوضع جيد».
اتجاه سلبي
وأظهر البحث ارتفاع عدد حالات إغلاق الشركات في جميع القطاعات تقريباً خلال العام الماضي، وكان الاتجاه أكثر وضوحاً في قطاع الضيافة، حيث أغلقت نحو 15 ألف شركة تعمل في المطاعم والإقامة أبوابها في عام 2025، بزيادة 15% مقارنة بعام 2024. ووفقاً للخبراء، استمر أيضاً الاتجاه السلبي الذي يشهده قطاع الرعاية الصحية منذ نحو 10 سنوات، وبلغ عدد حالات الإغلاق فيه نحو 11 ألفاً، أي ضعف العدد المسجل تقريباً في عام 2008، كما أغلقت نحو 5.5 ألف عيادة طبية العام الماضي، بزيادة 23% مقارنة بعام 2024، وغالباً ما كان السبب تقاعد الأطباء وعدم العثور على من يتولى إدارة عياداتهم، كما شمل الإغلاق نحو 11 ألف شركة صناعية، بزيادة 10% مقارنة بالعام السابق.
Germany witnessed the closure of 187,700 companies last year, the highest number of business closures in nearly 20 years, according to a report published by “Al Arabiya.net,” citing a joint annual study with a European economic research center.
Sequential Increase
The number of closed companies increased by about 10% compared to 2024, and the last time Germany recorded a higher number of business closures was in 2007, when the number reached around 208,000 companies. Last year saw the second consecutive increase in the number of closures. Patrick-Ludwig Hantsch, head of economic research at the “center,” stated: “The dynamics of the crisis are now spreading across all sectors of the economy… Unlike previous years, companies that were previously in a good position are now also ceasing operations.”
Negative Trend
The research showed an increase in the number of business closures in almost all sectors last year, with the trend being most pronounced in the hospitality sector, where about 15,000 companies operating in restaurants and accommodations closed their doors in 2025, an increase of 15% compared to 2024. According to experts, the negative trend observed in the healthcare sector for about 10 years has also continued, with the number of closures reaching around 11,000, nearly double the number recorded in 2008. Additionally, about 5,500 medical clinics closed last year, a 23% increase compared to 2024, often due to doctors retiring and not finding someone to manage their clinics. The closures also included around 11,000 industrial companies, a 10% increase compared to the previous year.
