ينضم الرباعي في فريق الأهلي زكريا هوساوي، وزياد الجهني، وصالح أبوالشامات، وفراس البريكان لمعسكر المنتخب السعودي الأول بجدة غداً (الأحد)، بعد فراغهم من المشاركة مع الفريق الأهلاوي أمام صن داونز الجنوب أفريقي اليوم (السبت) في نهائي كأس القارات الثلاث (أفريقيا وآسيا والمحيط الهادئ)، ضمن بطولة كأس إنتركونتيننتال، التي انتهت بخسارة الأهلي بنتيجة 2/1، إذ يستعد «الأخضر» لمباريات بطولة كأس الخليج العربي (خليجي 27)، التي تستضيفها جدة الأربعاء القادم وحتى الثلاثاء 6 أكتوبر القادم.
وسيفتتح المنتخب السعودي مشواره في بطولة «خليجي 27» بمواجهة نظيره الكويتي الأربعاء القادم على ملعب «الإنماء» بمدينة الملك عبدالله الرياضية في جدة.
ويخوض «الأخضر» مباراته الثانية أمام منتخب عُمان السبت القادم، قبل أن يختتم مشواره في دور المجموعات بمواجهة منتخب العراق الثلاثاء 29 سبتمبر الجاري.
The quartet in the Al-Ahli team, Zakaria Hawsawi, Ziyad Al-Jahani, Saleh Abu Al-Shamat, and Firas Al-Breikan, will join the Saudi national team camp in Jeddah tomorrow (Sunday), after finishing their participation with the Al-Ahli team against South Africa’s Sundowns today (Saturday) in the final of the three continents cup (Africa, Asia, and the Pacific), as part of the Intercontinental Cup, which ended with Al-Ahli losing 2-1. The “Green” is preparing for the matches of the Arabian Gulf Cup (Gulf 27), which will be hosted in Jeddah from next Wednesday until Tuesday, October 6.
The Saudi national team will kick off its campaign in the “Gulf 27” tournament with a match against its Kuwaiti counterpart next Wednesday at the “Al-Inma” stadium in King Abdullah Sports City in Jeddah.
The “Green” will play its second match against the Oman national team next Saturday, before concluding its group stage campaign with a match against the Iraq national team on Tuesday, September 29.
