من المقرر غياب قائد المنتخب السعودي سالم الدوسري عن المشاركة في كأس الخليج العربي (خليجي 27)، التي تستضيفها مدينة جدة خلال الفترة من 23 سبتمبر القادم وحتى السادس من أكتوبر القادم، وذلك بحسب تأكيدات طبيب فريق الهلال خوان خيمينيز الذي قال أخيراً عبر حساب النادي على منصة «إكس»: «الإصابة التي تعرض لها قائد الفريق سالم الدوسري في وتر الرضفة للركبة اليمنى، وأجرى على إثرها عملية جراحية في 21 يوليو الماضي، ويحتاج إلى 75 يوماً تقريباً من أجل العودة للملاعب. وحالياً يتواجد اللاعب في مركز متخصص لإكمال المرحلة الأولى من برنامجه التأهيلي، وفي يوم 20 أغسطس الجاري سيبدأ في العمل بالمرحلة الثانية من التأهيل، وخلال أول شهرين، إلى شهرين ونصف الشهر تقريباً سنراقب تطور حالته، وبناء على ذلك سيعود للفريق».
ومن المقرر أن يعلن الجهاز الفني للمنتخب السعودي في منتصف سبتمبر القادم قائمة أسماء اللاعبين الذين سينضمون للمعسكر الإعدادي في جدة، ضمن التحضيرات النهائية للمشاركة في البطولة الخليجية.
ويسعى الأخضر من خلال المعسكر الذي سيقام بجدة قبل انطلاق «خليجي 27» إلى الوصول للجاهزية الفنية الكاملة لمباريات البطولة.

The coaching staff of the Saudi national team is scheduled to announce the list of players who will join the training camp in Jeddah in mid-September, as part of the final preparations for participation in the Gulf tournament.
The Green team aims, through the camp that will be held in Jeddah before the start of “Gulf 27,” to achieve full technical readiness for the tournament matches.
