With this number, Al-Najma surpassed the previous negative record held by Al-Wahda Club, which played 19 matches without a win in the 2012-2013 season, as well as Al-Ansar Club, which suffered in the season before it from a series of matches without a win that extended to 17 matches, which puts the team under enormous psychological and technical pressure in the remaining rounds.

On an individual level, Zambian Fashion Sakala established himself as the star of the match, scoring one goal and assisting another, bringing his tally to seven goals and topping Al-Fayha's scoring charts.
