Environment Ministry: 50 stations monitor rainfall in 9 regions over 24 hours

I registered Makkah Region The highest rainfall amount of (9.8) mm was recorded at the Radwan monitoring station in Al-Muwayh Governorate in the region, within (9) regions in the Kingdom that witnessed scattered amounts of rain during the past twenty-four hours.
According to the daily report ofMinistry of Environment, Water and Agriculture Regarding rainfall amounts in all regions of the Kingdom, (50) hydrological and climatic monitoring stations recorded rainfall during a day in the regions of (Riyadh, Makkah, Madinah, Qassim, Eastern, Tabuk, Hail, Al-Jawf, and the Northern Borders).

Riyadh region

The report indicated that the Riyadh region recorded 7.0 mm in Al-Alqa – Al-Zulfi, 5.2 mm in Al-Majma’ah, and 4.8 mm at Dawadmi Airport. The Madinah region recorded 0.8 mm at the Al-Faqrah monitoring station in Madinah, while the Qassim region recorded 6.5 mm at the Unaizah station, 6.0 mm in Al-Muthnib, and 5.6 mm at the Qubbah – Al-Asyah monitoring station.
The report also noted that the Eastern Province recorded 8.5 mm at the Al-Khafji monitoring station, 8.4 mm in Hafr Al-Batin, and 5.2 mm at the Hafr Al-Batin Air Base station. Meanwhile, the Tabuk region recorded 4.0 mm on the Ibrahim Al-Khalil Road in Tabuk, 2.2 mm in Rahib – Tabuk, and 2.0 mm in Asilah in Halat Ammar – Tabuk.

Hail region

Hail also recorded (2.2) mm in Al-Wurud neighborhood - Al-Shanan, and the Northern Borders region recorded (6.4) mm at Tarif Airport, (6.1) mm in Al-Jarani Tarif, and (5.0) mm at Al-Khalidiyah monitoring station in Tarif. Finally, Al-Jawf region recorded (4.5) mm in Ain Al-Hawas in Al-Qurayyat, (3.2) mm in Al-Hamad in Al-Qurayyat, and (2.2) mm in Tabarjal.
