The context of the establishment and the Kingdom's Vision 2030

The establishment of the NHC Foundation and its inaugural meeting come at a time when the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is undergoing major transformations within the framework of Vision 2030, particularly concerning the Quality of Life Program.
