As part of ongoing efforts to enhance services for pilgrims visiting the Grand Mosque in Mecca, Hajj Exit" service as one of the most significant initiatives launched by the General Authority for the Care of the Two Holy Mosques. This service aims to facilitate the completion of Umrah rituals for pilgrims, particularly the ritual of shaving or trimming the hair, which concludes the Umrah pilgrimage.

The free exit service is available at five strategic locations opposite the Marwa area, where pilgrims complete their final circuit of the Sa'i (ritual walking between Safa and Marwa). The service utilizes modern, mobile carts that can be moved with high flexibility to accommodate crowd density and pilgrim flow, directly contributing to easing congestion and improving traffic flow in the Grand Mosque's courtyards, especially during peak times and religious seasons.

The Authority places great importance on health and safety, with a highly qualified and specialized team overseeing this service. Fully sterilized, single-use shaving tools are used, adhering to the highest standards of quality, health, and public safety to prevent the transmission of infections or skin diseases. The service is exceptionally fast, taking approximately two minutes per client, thus ensuring that the largest possible number of pilgrims are served in record time.
