Hadiya Association served 3 million pilgrims during the 1447 Hajj season

The Hajj and Umrah Gift Charity Association announced the launch of its integrated operational plan for the Hajj season of 1447 AH, which includes a wide range of quality field programs and initiatives designed to serve more than three million beneficiaries from the guests of God, including pilgrims, Umrah performers and visitors, as part of its early preparations to provide the highest levels of care and attention to the pilgrims.

Historical background and continuous efforts to serve the guests of God

These efforts are a continuation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's historic role in serving the Two Holy Mosques and their visitors. For decades, the Kingdom has prioritized developing the services provided to pilgrims, transforming their spiritual journey into a seamless and safe experience. The Hajj and Umrah Gift Association, a leading non-profit organization in the Kingdom, is a key partner in realizing this vision, working since its inception to innovate and develop programs that address the needs of pilgrims and enrich their experience.

Extensive geographical coverage and an integrated plan

The association explained that its services will cover a wide geographical area encompassing all points of contact for pilgrims, from their arrival through air, land, and sea ports, through their accommodations in Mecca and Medina, to their arrival at the holy sites. Key service points include King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah, Prince Mohammad Bin Abdulaziz International Airport in Medina, Jeddah Islamic Port, as well as pilgrim terminals, land border crossings, and entrances to the two holy cities.

In this context, Dr. Hatem Al-Marzouki, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Association, stated that “Hadiya” has dedicated all its human, operational, and volunteer resources to serving the pilgrims of the Sacred House of God, stemming from its noble mission to enrich the experience of the guests of God. He emphasized that these efforts are an extension of the unlimited support that the Hajj service sector receives from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and His Crown Prince, may God protect them.

Importance and impact within the framework of Vision 2030

These initiatives are particularly important as they align with the objectives of the "Guests of God Service Program," one of the key programs of the Kingdom's Vision 2030. The program aims to bring about a qualitative leap in the Hajj and Umrah experience by improving the quality of services and streamlining procedures. Al-Marzouqi noted that the non-profit sector is witnessing remarkable development in its contribution through professional initiatives and advanced operational systems that effectively contribute to achieving these national goals and reflect the Kingdom's civilized image and global leadership in serving the Two Holy Mosques.

The association’s programs for this season include enrichment and awareness initiatives, food and water services, primary health care, and logistical support, all of which aim to facilitate the performance of the rituals in an atmosphere of peace and tranquility, and to leave a lasting positive impact on the pilgrims.
