Riyadh will host the International Forum for Social Responsibility 2026 under the patronage of the King

Under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud - may God protect him - the capital, Riyadh, is preparing to host the second edition of the “Global CSR Forum 2026” from October 5 to 6, 2026. This global event is organized by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, confirming the Kingdom’s position as a leading country in shaping the future of developmental and social work worldwide.
Enhancing Saudi Arabia's leadership in sustainable development
The organization of the second edition of the forum comes as a continuation of the great success achieved by the first edition, and as a reaffirmation of the pivotal role played by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the field of social responsibility. The forum aims to enhance the Kingdom's image as a global center for development dialogue and to open new horizons for integration among the three sectors: governmental, private, and non-profit. This hosting is particularly significant in light of the comprehensive development drive the Kingdom is witnessing, as it seeks to export its successful experience in institutionalizing social responsibility and making it an integral part of the strategies of companies and various sectors.
Social responsibility and the Kingdom's Vision 2030
This event cannot be separated from the broader context of Saudi Vision 2030, which places sustainable development and the empowerment of the non-profit sector at the heart of its priorities. Through its national strategies, the Kingdom is working to increase the private sector's contribution to the GDP, not only economically, but also through its sustainable social impact. This forum serves as a vital platform to showcase how companies can effectively contribute to addressing environmental and social challenges, in line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Broad international participation and an elite group of decision-makers
The second edition will witness broad participation from a select group of ministers, decision-makers, CEOs of major global companies, and representatives of international organizations. Participants will discuss the latest developments in sustainability and review global best practices that integrate profitability with social impact. The forum also presents a unique opportunity for local and international companies to forge strategic partnerships and exchange expertise on how to transform corporate social responsibility initiatives from mere acts of charity into sustainable development projects with long-term impact.
Future prospects and global partnerships
Through this global gathering, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development seeks to empower public-private partnerships and stimulate innovation in social solutions. This event reflects the Kingdom's rising international standing as one of the largest and fastest-growing economies in the G20, and its ability to lead the global dialogue on pressing humanitarian and development issues, contributing to shaping a more sustainable and inclusive future for societies worldwide.
