SDAIA's AI Teacher Training Program: Registration closes Thursday

In a strategic move aimed at keeping pace with the rapid digital transformation in Saudi Arabia, Authority (SDAIA) , the educational arm of the Authority, launched its new specialized program entitled “Artificial Intelligence to Enhance Educational Efficiency.” This ambitious program aims to empower educators and teachers with the tools of the digital age and integrate emerging technologies into the core of the educational process.
Strategic context and ambitious national vision
This program is not a fleeting event, but rather part of the ongoing efforts to achieve the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 , which prioritizes education and digital transformation. Since its inception, SDAIA has been leading the national agenda for data and artificial intelligence, bridging the digital divide across various sectors. The education sector is the cornerstone of building a knowledge-based society; therefore, equipping teachers with AI skills represents a direct investment in human capital and lays the foundation for a generation capable of mastering the language of the future.
From rote learning to data analysis: A shift in the role of the teacher
The program focuses intensively on transforming the teacher's role from a mere transmitter of information to an expert analyst of educational data. Through the training modules, participants will acquire advanced skills in:
- Analyzing student data: Understanding student learning patterns through numbers, which helps to identify strengths and weaknesses with extreme accuracy.
- Designing customized learning experiences: Using artificial intelligence tools to create learning paths that suit the individual differences of each student, thus raising the quality of educational outcomes.
- Educational decision-making: Relying on numerical facts rather than personal impressions in evaluating performance and developing study plans.
Digital security: a top priority in the smart learning environment
Recognizing the risks that may accompany the use of technology, the academy has given considerable attention to the "digital security" component. The program has dedicated significant resources to training teachers on safe and responsible practices when handling sensitive student data and ensuring its privacy, reflecting the Kingdom's commitment to international data protection standards.
Registration date and program start date
The academy urged those interested in joining the program to register quickly, setting tomorrow, Thursday, as the deadline for applications. The first training sessions are scheduled to begin on the 15th of this month. Through this initiative, SDAIA hopes to transform classrooms into interactive, innovative environments that contribute to raising the level of academic achievement and keeping pace with global developments in the education technology (EdTech) sector.
