
Weather forecast: Severe weather fluctuations and varying levels of rainfall expected until Saturday
The report explained National Center for Meteorology Rainfall intensity will range from light to moderate to heavy, with expectations of high waves on the coasts, hail, and waterspouts.
Thunderstorms
The center indicated that the Tabuk, Al-Jawf, Hail, and Northern Borders regions will be affected by moderate to heavy thunderstorms until next Thursday.
It added that the affected areas include the governorates of Tabuk, Tayma, Neom, Duba, Al-Wajh, and Umluj, in addition to Al-Qurayyat, Tabarjal, Sakaka, and Dumat Al-Jandal.
It also noted that the effects will extend towards Hail, Al-Shamli, Baqaa, Al-Hait, Muwaqq, Arar, Rafha, Tarif, and Al-Uwaiqilah during the same period.

Medina weather
The report indicated that the weather system was concentrated in Medina and the governorates of Yanbu, Al-Ula, Khaybar, Al-Ais, Wadi Al-Fara, and Badr, with heavier rainfall expected Wednesday evening and Thursday, extending to Al-Mahd and Al-Hanakiya.
It also revealed that the Makkah region and the governorates of Jeddah, Khulais, Bahra, and Rabigh would experience light to moderate rain on Tuesday and Wednesday, becoming heavy on Thursday and affecting the Holy City of Makkah, Al-Jumum, Al-Kamil, Al-Qunfudhah, and Al-Lith.
The center confirmed that moderate to heavy rain would continue in Taif, Maysan, Adham, Al-Ardiyat, Turabah, Al-Khurmah, and Ranyah, with a significant increase expected on Thursday.

Continuous rain
The center noted that Al-Baha and Asir regions will be affected by continuous rainfall until the end of the week, intensifying mid-week in Al-Baha and towards the end of the week in Asir, including Baljurashi, Al-Mandaq, Al-Makhwah, Al-Namas, Mahayil, Khamis Mushait, Ahad Rafidah, Bisha, and Dhahran Al-Janoub.
The report also indicated that the Jazan region will experience heavy rainfall intensifying on Thursday and Friday, targeting the governorates of Al-Raith, Haroub, Fifa, Al-Ardah, and Al-Harth, and extending to Jazan, Sabya, Abu Arish, Samtah, Al-Tuwal, and Farasan by the end of the week.

He explained that the Najran region will begin with light rain continuing until Wednesday, then intensify and become heavier on Thursday evening and Friday, affecting Najran, Badr Al Janoub, Thar, Sharurah, Yadmah, and Habuna.
He also indicated that the capital, Riyadh, and the governorates of Al Zulfi, Al Majmaah, Ad Diriyah, Ad Dilam, Al Kharj, Afif, and Ad Dawadmi will experience light to moderate rain, increasing in intensity on Thursday and Friday and extending to Wadi Ad Dawasir, As Sulayyil, and Al Aflaj.

He added that the Qassim region and the governorates of Buraidah, Al-Rass, Al-Bukayriyah, Al-Mudhnib, Al-Nabhania, Al-Asyah and Uqlat Al-Suqur will witness scattered rainfall that will turn into moderate and heavy rainfall on Thursday.
Eastern Province weather
The center noted that the Eastern Province, Hafr Al-Batin and Khafji were affected by heavy rains, while the situation will intensify on Wednesday and Thursday in Dammam, Khobar, Qatif, Jubail, Ras Tanura, Abqaiq, Al-Nairiyah and Al-Ahsa.
