ودعا ترامب زيلينسكي في تصريح خلال زيارة إلى إيرلندا، إلى انتقاء “أهداف أخرى، وليس وقود الديزل، لأنه يتسبب بشح في المادة.
وأضاف: “لا يحدث ذلك بفعل النزاع في الشرق الأوسط، بل بفعل ما يجري بين روسيا وأوكرانيا”.
