ختام «أبطال البيت».. 550 متدرباً ومتدربة يختتمون رحلة من التدريب المهني واكتساب المهارات

برنامج البيك الصيفي يواصل منذ 22 عاماً تمكين أبناء وبنات الوطن بمهارات مهنية وحياتية تعزز الاعتماد على النفس والثقة بالمستقبل

مهارات اليوم.. ثقة للمستقبل مهارات يكتسبونها اليوم.. وثقة يحملونها معهم إلى المستقبل. هكذا يختصر «أبطال البيت» – برنامج البيك الصيفي، حيث لا يقتصر أثر البرنامج على التدريب واكتساب المهارات، بل يمنح أبناء وبنات الوطن فرصة لاكتشاف قدراتهم، وتجربة أشياء جديدة، وتحمل المسؤولية، والعمل بروح الفريق، والاعتماد على النفس.

في أجواء احتفالية مفعمة بالحماس والفخر، أسدل برنامج «أبطال البيت» – برنامج البيك الصيفي الستار على نسخته الثانية والعشرين، محتفياً بتخريج 550 متدرباً ومتدربة، خاضوا تجربة تدريبية ثرية جمعت بين التعلم والتطبيق واكتساب المهارات، في كل من المعهدين الصناعيين الثانويين بجدة ومكة المكرمة، وجامعة الملك عبدالعزيز بجدة.

ويأتي البرنامج الذي تنظمه شركة البيك للأنظمة الغذائية في إطار شراكتها المجتمعية مع عدد من الشركاء الإستراتيجيين من الجهات الحكومية والمؤسسات التعليمية والتدريبية، بهدف إتاحة تجربة صيفية مختلفة لأبناء وبنات الوطن، تجمع بين المعرفة والممارسة، وتمنحهم مهارات عملية تساعدهم في حياتهم اليومية، وتعزز ثقتهم بقدراتهم.

وعلى مدى أيام البرنامج، عاش المتدربون والمتدربات تجربة مليئة بالتعلم والتحدي والإنجاز، انتقلوا خلالها من المعرفة النظرية إلى التطبيق العملي، واكتسبوا مهارات جديدة في أجواء تفاعلية وحماسية، قبل أن يختتموا رحلتهم بالاحتفال بإنجازاتهم وتسلم شهاداتهم وسط حضور أولياء الأمور والمسؤولين وممثلي الجهات والشركاء المشاركين.

وشهدت فعاليات الختام استعراضاً لأبرز منجزات المتدربين والمتدربات، وتسليط الضوء على المهارات التي اكتسبوها خلال البرنامج، إلى جانب تكريم الجهات والشركاء المشاركين، والاحتفاء بالأبطال الذين أثبتوا أن الصيف يمكن أن يكون بداية لاكتشاف مهارات جديدة وصناعة إنجازات تبقى معهم لسنوات.

22 عاماً.. ومسيرة من الأبطال ومنذ انطلاق البرنامج قبل 22 عاماً، أصبح «أبطال البيت» أحد البرامج المجتمعية التي تسهم في تقديم تجارب تدريبية عملية وتفاعلية للنشء، إذ بلغ إجمالي عدد المشاركين في البرنامج على مدى مسيرته 13,740 متدرباً ومتدربة.

وتنوعت البرامج التدريبية الموجهة للبنين بين المهارات المهنية والتقنية، وشملت أساسيات صيانة الحاسب الآلي، والتبريد والتكييف، والكهرباء، والدهان، وميكانيكا السيارات، والسباكة المنزلية، إلى جانب التدريب على أساسيات الدفاع المدني وطرق التعامل مع الحرائق، ومهارات الإسعافات الأولية.

أما برامج البنات، فقد صُممت لتقديم مجموعة متنوعة من المهارات والمعارف التي تجمع بين الحياة العملية والإبداع والوعي، وشملت مختبر البيت، عبق التراث، المطبخ الصحي، منزلي الذكي، الزراعة والاستدامة، الميزانية الواعية، التصميم الداخلي الذكي، والصحة واللياقة، إلى جانب التدريب على أنواع الحرائق وطرق مكافحتها، واستخدام طفايات الحريق، ومهارات الإسعافات الأولية والتعامل مع حالات التسمم والحروق والكسور.

ويحصل المشاركون والمشاركات على شهادات معتمدة من المؤسسة العامة للتدريب التقني والمهني بمنطقة مكة المكرمة، وجامعة الملك عبدالعزيز بجدة، وإدارة الدفاع المدني، وهيئة الهلال الأحمر السعودي بمنطقة مكة المكرمة، إلى جانب شهادات شكر وتقدير من شركة البيك.

ومع إسدال الستار على عامه الثاني والعشرين، تنتهي فعاليات البرنامج.. لكن رحلة الأبطال لا تنتهي، فكل مهارة اكتسبوها اليوم هي خطوة جديدة نحو مستقبل أكثر.

In a celebratory atmosphere filled with enthusiasm and pride, the “House Champions” – Al Baik Summer Program concluded its twenty-second edition, celebrating the graduation of 550 trainees who experienced a rich training journey that combined learning, application, and skill acquisition at the two secondary industrial institutes in Jeddah and Mecca, and King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah.

The program, organized by Al Baik Food Systems, is part of its community partnership with several strategic partners from government entities and educational and training institutions, aimed at providing a different summer experience for the sons and daughters of the nation that combines knowledge and practice, granting them practical skills that assist them in their daily lives and enhance their confidence in their abilities.

Throughout the program days, the trainees lived an experience filled with learning, challenge, and achievement, transitioning from theoretical knowledge to practical application, acquiring new skills in an interactive and enthusiastic atmosphere, before concluding their journey with a celebration of their achievements and receiving their certificates in the presence of parents, officials, and representatives of participating entities and partners.

The closing events featured a showcase of the trainees’ most significant accomplishments, highlighting the skills they acquired during the program, alongside honoring the participating entities and partners, and celebrating the champions who proved that summer can be the beginning of discovering new skills and creating achievements that stay with them for years.

22 Years.. A Journey of ChampionsSince the program’s launch 22 years ago, “House Champions” has become one of the community programs that contribute to providing practical and interactive training experiences for the youth, with a total of 13,740 trainees participating throughout its journey.

The training programs directed at boys varied between professional and technical skills, including the basics of computer maintenance, refrigeration and air conditioning, electricity, painting, automotive mechanics, and home plumbing, along with training on civil defense basics and fire handling methods, and first aid skills.

As for the girls’ programs, they were designed to offer a diverse set of skills and knowledge that combine practical life, creativity, and awareness, including the Home Lab, Heritage Fragrance, Healthy Kitchen, Smart Home, Agriculture and Sustainability, Conscious Budgeting, Smart Interior Design, and Health and Fitness, in addition to training on types of fires and methods of combating them, using fire extinguishers, and first aid skills for dealing with poisoning, burns, and fractures.

Participants receive accredited certificates from the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation in the Makkah region, King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah, the Civil Defense Administration, and the Saudi Red Crescent Authority in the Makkah region, along with certificates of appreciation from Al Baik.
