توسع الأعمال
وأظهرت بيانات شهر أغسطس الماضي توسع أعمال قطاع الإنشاءات السعودي للشهر الرابع على التوالي، مدعوماً باستمرار قوة الطلب والتعافي المتواصل في حجم الطلبات الجديدة. وسجل المؤشر ثاني أعلى مستوى له منذ بدء الاستبيان في شهر يناير، وتشير أحدث قراءة إلى استمرار نمو أعمال قطاع الإنشاءات بوتيرة قوية إجمالاً، مع تسجيل جميع الفئات الفرعية الثلاث توسعاً.
الأفضل أداءً
واصل إجمالي الأعمال الجديدة التي تلقتها شركات الإنشاءات السعودية ارتفاعه الحاد خلال شهر أغسطس، وكان قطاع البنية التحتية الأفضل أداءً من حيث الأعمال الجديدة، حيث سجلت وتيرة التوسع أسرع مستوى لها منذ شهر فبراير الماضي. وجاء قطاع الإنشاءات السكنية بعده بفارق ضئيل، إذ تحسن حجم الطلبات الجديدة بأكبر قدر منذ بدء الاستبيان في شهر يناير الماضي.
The Al Rajhi Financial Index for the Saudi Construction Sector, seasonally adjusted, in collaboration with S&P Global, slightly increased to 55.4 points in August 2026, compared to 55.2 points in July. This release marks the fourth version of the Al Rajhi Financial Index for the Saudi Construction Sector, a new monthly survey that includes 200 carefully selected construction companies to ensure accurate representation of the true structure of the Saudi construction sector.
Business Expansion
Data from last August showed that the Saudi construction sector expanded for the fourth consecutive month, supported by sustained strong demand and a continuous recovery in the volume of new orders. The index recorded its second highest level since the survey began in January, and the latest reading indicates that the construction sector continues to grow at a strong pace overall, with all three subcategories recording expansion.
Best Performers
The total new business received by Saudi construction companies sharply increased during August, with the infrastructure sector being the best performer in terms of new business, recording its fastest expansion rate since February. The residential construction sector followed closely behind, as the volume of new orders improved the most since the survey began in January.
