As Okaz newspaper reported, Timbukti was excluded from the national team camp
The technical director of the Saudi national team, Hervé Renard, announced the exclusion of player Hassan Al-Tambakti from the current training camp of the Green team in Jeddah, after a thorough medical assessment of his health condition.
The decision to exclude him came based on the report submitted by the national team's medical staff, which revealed, after conducting the necessary examinations of the player's injury site, that he was not ready to participate in training and matches, and that he needed an intensive treatment and rehabilitation program to regain his full readiness.
Timbukti has not participated in the Green team's training since its start due to feeling pain in his thigh muscle. He underwent an MRI scan at a hospital in Jeddah to determine the extent of his injury, contenting himself with his treatment program with the medical staff. The technical and administrative staff, led by Hervé Renard, decided to exclude him from the camp and call up Ali Lajami to the first team's training, coming from the B team camp, which is training in parallel with the first team A, which is playing two friendly matches against the Egyptian and Serbian national teams.
Okaz had indicated in its report published yesterday that player Hassan Tambakti had been excluded, before the official account of the Saudi national team announced the decision to exclude him via an official statement at 4 pm on Tuesday, after it was proven that he was not ready and needed an intensive treatment and rehabilitation program.
