This agreement aims to enhance joint cooperation and integrate efforts in the fields of emergency medical services and volunteer work, directly contributing to improving the quality of healthcare services provided and accelerating response times to emergencies in one of the most important Islamic cities, which experiences high population density throughout the year.

Historically, since its founding, the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has placed great importance on the health and safety of pilgrims, Umrah performers, and visitors. This partnership is an extension of the “Serving the Guests of God” program, one of the most important programs of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, which aims to bring about a qualitative leap in the Hajj and Umrah experience.
