Mohammed Al-Dalaan told Okaz: Focus will lead Al-Qadisiyah to the three points
Former Al-Qadisiyah football team manager Mohammed Al-Dalaan urged the team's players to focus and avoid rushing into tomorrow's (Sunday) Al-Ettifaq match, which is part of the 27th round of the Saudi Roshan League.
Al-Dalaan told Okaz: “The Al-Ettifaq vs. Al-Qadisiyah match will be difficult for both teams, especially given the intense rivalry between them as they are from the same region. Al-Qadisiyah wants to win the match and continue the consecutive victories the team has achieved since the arrival of Irish coach Brendan Rodgers, who is doing a great job with the Al-Qadisiyah team, as attested by all Al-Qadisiyah fans. As for the Al-Ettifaq team, it will strive strongly to win the match and compensate for its previous loss to Al-Qadisiyah about a month ago, which it lost by four goals that were not expected. Its players will enter the match to gain the three points and restore the prestige of the Al-Ettifaq team again under the leadership of the national coach Saad Al-Shehri, who will strive to make his team appear differently in the match against Al-Qadisiyah.”.
Al-Dalaan hoped that the match would be distinguished and worthy of the Eastern Province derby, especially since both teams have high-level stars. He appealed to Al-Qadisiyah fans to support and stand by the Al-Qadisiyah team on the green field, stressing that the support of the Al-Qadisiyah fans would lead the players to win the match, gain the three points, and reach 63 points.
