The occupancy of 4 areas in the Khayala destination in Jeddah has been completed as part of Vision 2030

The National Housing Company (NHC), a leading developer of residential and urban projects in Saudi Arabia, announced a significant milestone: the completion of occupancy in four fully integrated residential areas within the modern “Khayala” destination in Jeddah. These projects include “Dar Sumou,” “Al Muhandiyah,” “Sama Jeddah,” and “Garden View,” reflecting the accelerated pace of development and the growing customer confidence in the company’s high-quality design and execution, which adheres to the highest international standards.

This achievement comes within the context of broader national efforts to achieve the goals of Saudi Vision 2030, specifically the housing program which aims to raise the rate of homeownership among citizens to 70% by 2030. The National Housing Company plays a pivotal role as the state's investment arm in this sector, working to supply more high-quality and affordable housing units, and developing integrated suburbs and urban communities that enhance the quality of life for residents.

To underscore the continuity of development, NHC announced the commencement of occupancy in the fifth phase of the destination, the “Mila Project,” with 150 residential units already handed over to beneficiaries and another 150 units ready for handover currently being coordinated. The project's superstructure is 93% complete, while the overall infrastructure is 98% complete, with all essential service networks—water, electricity, irrigation, sewage, and landscaping—now in place. This ensures a fully integrated residential product that meets all residents' daily needs.

The significance of the Khayala destination extends beyond simply providing housing; it serves as a model for vibrant, people-centered communities. In this context, the company announced the completion of all five of the destination's parks, which offer expansive green spaces and recreational facilities that support a healthy and sustainable lifestyle and encourage social interaction among residents. This integration of residential units, amenities, and green spaces represents a qualitative leap in the concept of local real estate development.

At both the local and regional levels, the successful delivery of projects at the Khayala destination demonstrates the Saudi market's ability to efficiently execute large-scale urban development projects. This project enhances Jeddah's appeal as a residential and investment destination, and contributes to stimulating the economic cycle through the construction sector and related industries. Furthermore, the project presents a model for sustainable urban development in the region, balancing urban growth with the preservation of the surrounding environment.

The Khayala development spans over 1.5 million square meters and includes more than 3,600 residential units with diverse, modern designs. Its strategic location connects it to Jeddah's main landmarks and major roads, facilitating access and providing added value for residents. This makes it one of the most prominent urban developments by NHC in the Makkah region, contributing directly to the realization of the Kingdom's ambitious future vision.
