issued The National Center of Meteorology in its weather a "red alert" heavy rain in parts of four regions today, Tuesday.
The phenomenon will begin at noon in some areas and at 2 pm in others, continuing until 11 pm.
The accompanying effects include: strong winds, reduced visibility, hail, flash floods, and thunderstorms.
Rainfall locations
Mecca: Al-Khurmah, Al-Muwayh, Turabah, and Taif.
Medina: Al-Hanakiyah, Khaybar, Medina, Al-Mahd, and Wadi Al-Fara.
Al-Qassim: Abanat, Al-Khabra, Ar-Rass, Al-Fawarah, An-Nabhaniah, Riyadh Al-Khabra, Dhariyah, and Uqlat As-Suqur
. Hail: Al-Hait, As-Sulaimi, Ash-Shamli, Al-Ghazalah, and Muwaqq.

conditions will extend to parts of Hail and Qassim regions, with a chance of fog formation in some areas.
