has released The National Center for Meteorologyits weather forecast for Sunday across the Kingdom, warning of light rain, active winds, and fog in parts of six regions.
According to the forecast ,active winds stirring up dust and sand will affect parts of the Tabuk, Al-Jawf, and Northern Borders regions, with a possibility of light rain in some areas.
Meanwhile, the chance of thunderstorms and fog remains high in parts of the Asir, Jazan, and Najran highlands.
Red Sea
- Surface winds: Southeasterly to southerly in the northern part and northwesterly to northerly at a speed of 10-30 km/h in the central and southern parts.
- Wave height: from half a meter to one meter.
- Sea state: Light waves.
Arabian Gulf
- Surface winds: Westerly to northwesterly, turning northeasterly to easterly in the evening at a speed of 10-28 km/h over the northern part and northwesterly to westerly at a speed of 20-48 km/h over the central and southern parts.
- Wave height: from half a meter to one meter on the northern part and from one and a half meters to two and a half meters on the central and southern parts.
- Sea state: Light waves in the northern part and moderate to rough waves in the central and southern parts.
