The Minister of Municipalities launches the Master of City Management (MCA) program within the Urban Forum

During the Kingdom's participation in the 13th World Urban Forum in Baku, Azerbaijan, Minister of Municipalities and Housing Majid Al-Hogail launched the Executive Master of City Management (MCA) program in partnership with King Saud University.
This initiative aligns with the Kingdom's commitment to developing an advanced leadership system for city management and enhancing the efficiency of urban leaders.
He explained that the program is part of the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing's efforts to develop national expertise and improve the readiness of urban leaders, keeping pace with global trends in urban planning and management, and contributing to the development of higher-quality, more sustainable, and more human-centered cities.

The Executive Master of Cities (MCA) program is a global educational benchmark that combines academic rigor with executive experience. It aims to develop leaders capable of managing urban challenges and creating innovative solutions through a scientific and applied curriculum that fosters integration between planning, development, and implementation.
The program's launch coincides with the Kingdom's participation in the 13th World Urban Forum, where it is showcasing its most prominent national experiences and initiatives in urban development and sustainable housing, strengthening international partnerships, and exchanging expertise in shaping the future of cities.
