The investment package included 27 diverse opportunities, most notably 12 major commercial opportunities in King Fahd Suburb, which will be a cornerstone in stimulating economic activity and meeting the needs of the rapid urban expansion the region is witnessing.
The initiative also addressed the healthcare sector, a key component of quality of life, by offering the opportunity to establish a general hospital to serve the residents of the governorate, in addition to three specialized medical clinics in King Fahd Suburb. This approach supports the Healthcare Transformation Program, one of the Vision 2030 programs, which aims to facilitate access to and improve healthcare services.
Promoting the sports genre and the advertising sector
On the sports front, the municipality indicated that opportunities included offering five sites for the establishment of sports clubs dedicated to men and women. This step comes as part of an effort to promote a healthy lifestyle among community members and encourage regular exercise, which has a positive impact on public health.
The initiative also addressed the advertising sector by offering 6 investment opportunities that include 60 “Megacom” billboards, providing advanced marketing options in vital locations, and supporting companies and institutions in reaching their target audience in modern and innovative ways.
