In a post on Truth Social, he said that countries “that refused to take part” in a war against Iran should “show some belated courage and go to the Strait” and control it themselves.
He added, “The United States will no longer be there to help you, just as you weren’t there for us. Iran is destroyed, the hard part is over. Go and get your own oil.”
