Real Madrid suffered a fatal defeat against their host Real Mallorca by two goals to one in the match that brought them together today (Saturday) at the “Iberostar” stadium, as part of the 30th round of the Spanish League competition “La Liga”.

Real Mallorca opened the scoring in the 41st minute, after a ball was sent from the right flank which was received by Manuel Morlanes inside the penalty area and he shot into the net.
Brazilian defender Eder Militao equalized for Real Madrid in the 88th minute with a powerful header after a corner kick from the right side.
Vedat Muriqi snatched the victory for Real Mallorca in the dying moments, with a powerful shot into the net of goalkeeper Andriy Lunin.
Team standings
With this result, Real Madrid's tally remains frozen at 69 points in second place in the La Liga standings, four points behind Barcelona, who will face Atletico Madrid later tonight in the same round of matches.
In contrast, Real Mallorca raised its tally to 31 points in 17th place, just two points away from the relegation zone.
