During the delivery of the protest note to the Iraqi Ambassador, the Undersecretary of the Ministry for Political Affairs, Ambassador Dr. Saud Al-Sati, emphasized the Kingdom's condemnation and denunciation of the attacks originating from Iraqi territory against the Kingdom and the Gulf states.
He stressed the importance of Iraq dealing responsibly with these threats and attacks, reiterating the Kingdom's categorical rejection of any violation of state sovereignty and any attempt to threaten the security and stability of the region. He also affirmed that the Kingdom will take all necessary measures to defend its security and protect its territory.
