Mosques only in a number of areas

Eid al-Fitr prayers will be held only in mosques in several regions of the Kingdom, while continuing to be held in some open prayer areas alongside mosques in specific governorates and centers, depending on the weather conditions in each region, as follows:
In the Makkah region, prayers will be held only in mosques in the Holy City and most governorates, while in the governorates of Jeddah, Al-Qunfudhah, Al-Lith, and Bahrah, prayers will be held in both open prayer areas and mosques.
In the Madinah, Riyadh, Eastern Province, Tabuk, Hail, Northern Borders, Najran, and Al-Jawf regions, prayers will be held only in mosques.

Mosques only in Qassim

In the Qassim region, Eid prayers are held only in mosques, in addition to the northern prayer ground in the city of Buraidah. In the Asir region, Eid prayers are held only in mosques in the city of Abha and most of the governorates. In some governorates and centers, prayers are held in prayer grounds in addition to mosques, including the Eid prayer grounds in Al-Haridah, Al-Qahmah, and Al-Farshah. In the Jazan region, Eid prayers are held only in mosques in the city of Jazan and most of the governorates. In some governorates, prayers are held in prayer grounds in addition to mosques, including Al-Darb, Baysh, Sabya, Abu Arish, and Ahad Al-Masarihah.

Mosques of Al-Baha Governorate

In the Al-Baha region, prayers are held only in mosques in Al-Baha city and most governorates. In some governorates and centers, prayers are also held in prayer grounds, including: Al-Hajrah Governorate (Jarda Bani Ali Center - Main Prayer Ground), Qalwah Governorate (Al-Ghabsha Prayer Ground), Al-Makhwah Governorate (Nawan Center - Main Prayer Ground), Al-Aqiq Governorate (Main Prayer Ground, Al-Mushairif Prayer Ground, Abad Prayer Ground, and Kara Center - Main Prayer Ground), and Al-Qura Governorate (Mashuqah Center - Al-Nasif Eid Prayer Ground).
The Ministry emphasized that these measures are part of its commitment to the safety of worshippers and are in line with weather fluctuations. It stressed the importance of following updates issued by the relevant authorities and adhering to the directives issued in this regard.
