The port in northwestern Russia was damaged this week in a drone attack for which Ukraine claimed responsibility.
Earlier in the week, Ukraine also targeted the major Russian port of Primorsk on the Baltic Sea, where satellite images showed black smoke rising from the site of a fire.
In a separate incident, the governor of the Belgorod region said a Ukrainian drone killed a man on Sunday after two strikes hit the border town of Hrayvorne, accusing the Ukrainian military of the attack.
