Saudi Ministry of Interior participates in the Team Spirit military competition in Pakistan

Ministry of Interior announced its official participation in of the International Team Spirit Military , scheduled to be held in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan from February 4 to 9, 2026. This participation will be through a joint security team comprising elite personnel from the Public Security Directorate and the General Directorate of Border Guards, reflecting the high level of readiness of the Saudi security sectors.
The nature of the competitions and field challenges
The Ministry of Interior team is competing in this intense competition alongside 24 teams representing 16 brotherly and friendly nations. The competition features complex field and tactical scenarios that simulate real-world military and security operations in diverse environments. The events include long-distance races and rigorous tests under precise operational conditions, demanding high levels of physical fitness, navigation skills, marksmanship, and the ability to adapt to challenging terrain. This places participants under physical and mental pressure to test their endurance and teamwork.
A proven track record and well-established strategic relationships
This is not the first time the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has participated in this prestigious competition organized by the Pakistani Army. Saudi forces have a distinguished record of achievements, including winning gold medals in previous editions, which underscores the competence of Saudi soldiers and their ability to compete globally. This event comes within the context of the strong historical and strategic relations that bind the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, particularly in the areas of military and security cooperation, and the exchange of expertise in combating terrorism and protecting borders.
